Before the order leaves

You may request cancellation from Where is my parcel while the order still shows as awaiting dispatch. Once the packet is packed and handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer available - use Return steps for post-delivery issues.

How to cancel

  • Open Where is my parcel with order ID and account email.
  • Submit a cancel request stating the reason.
  • We confirm by email when the order is voided.

Refunds after cancel

Prepaid amounts for cancelled-before-dispatch orders return on the original payment rail, usually within 5-7 working days after confirmation. COD orders cancelled in time simply do not ship.

Our right to void

Archview Seeds may cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock failure after confirmation, or PIN codes that partners cannot service. Prepaid buyers receive a full refund in those cases.
